The Board will meet virtually and after determining the presence of a quorum, discuss the following agenda items:

The Board will conduct a virtual work session to discuss logistics for conducting and participating in a virtual meeting. TEA staff will participate in the work session to provide technical support and answer questions specific to virtual meetings. No discussion on education will occur and the Board will take no action.
