Adopted State Board for Educator Certification Rules - Subject to SBOE Review

The State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC) has adopted the following rule actionsÌýsubject toÌýthe State Board of Education (SBOE) reviewÌýrequired by the Texas Education Code, §21.042. If the SBOE reviews and takes no action on a rule, the agency willÌýfile itÌýwith the Texas Register and determine a future effective date.
